💼 Responsibilities👥 Field Leadership (75%)
  • Lead, support & motivate Brand Ambassadors on‑site.
  • Provide real‑time coaching and ensure target delivery.
  • Maintain professionalism, safety, and energy during missions.
📅 Operational Planning
  • Build weekly field schedules & staffing plans.
  • Identify high‑traffic areas across Boston (malls, transit hubs, campuses, downtown areas).
  • Coordinate with warehouse & logistics team.
📊 Performance Management
  • Track KPIs through Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Evaluate daily conversion performance and adapt strategy fast.
📦 Inventory Oversight
  • Manage flyers, uniforms & campaign stock.
  • Ensure accurate usage reporting and timely restocking.

Requirements
  • 2+ years in sales, operations, retail leadership, field management, logistics, or hospitality supervision
  • Must have lived in Boston 4+ years & understand local crowds/traffic
  • Own vehicle required
  • Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
  • Laptop + phone required
  • English required
  • Energetic, organized, adaptable leader.
