The Video Producer and Editor will produce, record, and edit a variety of video content, including webinars, in-person interviews, podcasts, and other multimedia projects. You are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, with the technical expertise to manage the full production process—from pre-production planning to final delivery. You are experienced in working with editorial and content teams to bring a story to life and make engaging content for B2B audiences.

What you'll do

You will report to the Senior Manager, Video Production

  • Plan, record, and edit video content for webinars, podcasts, in-person interviews, and other projects.
  • Manage video production logistics, including scheduling, equipment setup, and on-site filming.
  • Ensure exceptional audio and video output across all productions suitable for use across multiple media channels.
  • Edit raw footage into content optimized for distribution across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams to align content with brand standards, goals, campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Organize digital assets for easy accessibility and long-term use.
  • Provide creative input and recommendations on content style, direction, and storytelling.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies to enhance production quality.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in video production, editing, and multimedia content creation.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition).
  • Experience with or other podcast/webinar recording platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or similar.
  • Technical knowledge of cameras, audio equipment, lighting, and production workflows.
  • Willingness to travel for shoots (up to 25% travel annually)
