Role Overview
Within the Dealer Marketing team, the B2B Marketing Specialist will independently own a defined portfolio of dealer acquisition campaigns across the United States and Canada, from strategy and planning through launch, measurement, and optimization. You will translate business goals and the North America operating plan into measurable, multi-channel marketing programs that support revenue growth, , using business priorities and performance insights to shape campaign strategy and make informed recommendations. To bring these to life, you will partner closely with the Sales, Product Marketing, Product and Business Operations teams.
This job is a good fit for someone who is curious, energized by fast-moving environments, and can move comfortably between strategy and hands-on execution. You're a proactive doer who loves owning the details, thrives on collaboration, and wants to grow quickly on a low-ego, high-impact team. No automotive experience necessary.
What you'll do
  • Develop acquisition strategies: Translate the North America operating plan into campaign strategies and plans. Independently evaluate evolving business priorities, new product launches, market opportunities, and performance insights to make recommendations on target audiences, messaging, channel mix, sequencing, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
  • Campaign Management: Own dealer acquisition campaigns end-to-end across email, web, in-product, paid social, and direct mail to grow revenue in North America.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously improve emails, ads and landing pages utilizing marketing automation tools and data analytics to optimize campaign performance.
  • Testing and Measurement: Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, including A/B testing, report building and analysis, and communicate the results and data-driven decisions to key stakeholders.
  • Segmentation and Targeting: Utilize audience segmentation and targeting strategies to reach the right audience with personalized messaging based on demographic, performance and behavior data.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Operations to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for demand generation and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to inform demand generation and customer retention strategies.

What you'll bring
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a tech, marketplace, or other fast-paced growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of core marketing principles, with the ability to develop and execute end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns that drive business performance.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset. Experience with marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Looker/Omni, and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging, copy, and creative.
  • A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality across campaign materials, data, tracking, and reporting.
  • Organized, adaptable, and proactive, with strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a bias for action in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience and/or ability to use AI agents to optimize workflows.

The displayed range represents the expected annual base salary / On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position. On-Target Earnings (OTE) is inclusive of base salary and on-target commission earnings, which applies exclusively to sales roles.
Individual pay within this range is determined by work location and other factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This annual base salary forms part of a comprehensive Total Rewards Package. In addition to benefits, this role may qualify for discretionary bonuses/incentives and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
Position Pay Range
$69,000 - $87,000 USD
