As a key member of the leadership team of the newly formed Vistaprint Customer Experience organization, you will be tasked with building and ultimately leading a team of UI/UX designers and researchers. As part of this, you will have the chance to define the user experience design discipline within Vistaprint. Ultimately, your team will research, prototype, and design connected products, services, and interactive brand experiences that build measurable business impact by delivering outstanding, indispensable, beloved experiences for customers!
You’ll employ a clear understanding of our strategy, business constraints, and enabling technologies, as well as a profound sense of empathy for customers’ mindsets, needs, and latent expectations to craft strategies and design solutions that occur at any dimension and scale: from single products or service touch-points, to large, sophisticated services and systems with a focus on owned, social, and partner digital platforms.
