The Opportunity
As an AWM Operations - Management Consultant - Experienced Associate you will support operations consulting work focused on optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Operations Consulting practice. As an Associate you will contribute to client projects by learning from senior team members, adapting to changing priorities, asking questions, and building your skills through research, analysis, and delivery support. In this role at PwC, you will analyze client needs, develop operational solutions, and provide recommendations tailored to specific business requirements while helping streamline processes and improve productivity for clients in Asset and Wealth Management.
Responsibilities
- Supporting client engagements focused on operational efficiency and process improvement within asset and wealth management operations
- Analyzing business needs, workflow challenges, and operating models to identify opportunities for process optimization
- Gathering data from multiple sources and interpreting patterns to inform operational recommendations
- Assisting in developing operational strategies, service delivery models, and performance metrics for client teams
- Applying management consulting methods to organize workstreams, track deliverables, and respond to changing project needs
- Using digital tools and analytics methods to assess process performance and support practical solutions
- Contributing to research, documentation, and presentation materials that summarize findings and proposed actions
- Collaborating across team members and client stakeholders to support project execution and maintain clear communication
- Learning and applying firm policies, professional standards, and independence requirements in day-to-day work
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance
- Applying coursework in operations consulting, asset management, or financial services
- Demonstrating curiosity through research, analysis, and fact gathering
- Adapting quickly across multiple clients and team settings
- Communicating ideas clearly while actively listening and asking questions
- Taking ownership, seeking feedback, and learning from each experience
- Developing commercial awareness and business process understanding
The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
