About the role…

ShopMy is looking for a highly motivated and analytical Associate to join our Strategy & Operations team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is excited to take on cross-functional strategic projects that drive meaningful business impact. You'll play a key role in helping shape how we scale, working closely with leaders across the business to solve problems, optimize operations, and unlock new areas of growth.

Roles and responsibilities…

  • Contribute to high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across the organization, working alongside teammates on the Strategy & Operations team and partners across ShopMy.
  • Support analysis of core business challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Help develop work plans, surface key metrics, and align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and execution plans.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to bring strategic ideas to life—translating insights into actions that drive real business results.
  • Identify and test hypotheses through data and discovery, bringing thoughtful, forward-looking recommendations to the table.
  • Help refine processes and build scalable systems that set ShopMy up for long-term success.

Our non-negotiables…

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in strategy & operations, consulting, finance, or other analytical, execution-focused roles (startup/SaaS experience is a plus)
  • A strong bias toward action and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data and communicate them clearly
  • Project management experience and stellar organizational skills
  • Clear communicator who can influence cross-functional stakeholders and align on priorities
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite; experience with SQL or data tools is a plus
  • A self-starter mindset and a genuine excitement for building at an early-stage, fast-moving company

In compliance with New York Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is as shown. We note that salary information as a general guideline only, actual compensation may vary from posting based on the offer for this role, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, key skills, education, training and business considerations. 

New York Pay Range
$80,000$120,000 USD

The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation. ShopMy is flexible pending candidate's experience and how our business needs evolve throughout the search. Every employee of ShopMy receives equity on top of cash compensation!
