The Early Talent Recruiting & Relations, Associate Program Manager reporting to the Regional Head of Talent Access (North America), will play a key role in positioning SharkNinja as an employer of choice by building a best-in-class recruiting program for Early Career Talent across the organization. This associate will serve as a trusted advisor and partner with Talent Access, HR Business Partners, and Business Leaders across the organization to understand hiring needs, identify diverse sources of talent, and become a subject matter expert on matters related to University Relations.

What success looks like in this role:

• Desire to function Initially as an individual contributor to own the success of the Early Talent program with an eye towards building a team to support the future growth of the program.
• An excitement to work with Executive-level referrals providing a high-touch 5 Star candidate experience.
• Eagerness to drive communication & collaboration with key business stakeholders (Executives, HRBPs, Employer Brand) to ensure the health of the Early Talent Program.
• Ability to influence decision makers with a solution-oriented approach and consistent accountability.
• A curious and courageous builder mindset, willing to roll up your sleeves to build an industry-leading Early Talent program.
• Embraces challenges and obstacles to success while keeping a long-term view towards the program goals.
• Comfortable challenging others and being challenged while maintaining a strong sense of collaboration.
• Enthused to delve into data & metrics to uncover trends and tell the story behind the data.

Desired experience:
• Proven experience in early talent recruiting & university relations, with a focus on early career programs.
• Familiarity with best practices in internship program design, recruitment, and talent management

•Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience working with hiring managers, talent acquisition partners, D&I partners, recruiters and leaders.
•Effective project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
•Passion for developing early talent and creating positive learning experiences.
•Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment
