Job Summary

As an Associate Product Manager, you will assist in optimizing and maintaining our ad tech stack, helping to ensure smooth ad delivery and performance. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital advertising, work cross-functionally with engineering and revenue teams, and develop a strong foundation in ad tech and product management.

Responsibilities

  • Support the ad tech team in managing platforms like Google Ad Manager, Prebid, and Amazon TAM.

  • Assist in analyzing ad performance metrics, such as viewability, CPMs, and revenue per session.

  • Work with engineering and ad operations to troubleshoot ad delivery issues and maintain system reliability.

  • Help track and document optimization opportunities for ad placements and auction mechanics.

  • Contribute to dashboards and reports, ensuring key stakeholders have visibility into ad performance.

  • Participate in cross-functional standups with revenue, engineering, and ad ops teams to support ongoing projects.

  • Research emerging ad tech trends and support testing new ad formats and monetization strategies

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, or a related field (internships or relevant coursework welcome).

  • Basic understanding of programmatic advertising, ad operations, or digital media.

  • Strong analytical skills with an interest in data-driven decision-making.

  • Familiarity with Google Ad Manager, SSPs, or header bidding is a plus.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and manage multiple priorities.

  • A passion for media, technology, and digital advertising.

  • Located in Latam.

  • Fluent English level.
