Role overview
We are seeking a passionate data analyst to join our Marketing team, serving as a critical bridge between data infrastructure and reporting needs to improve our ad tech and results. Your work will help us identify trends, develop monitoring tools, and work collaboratively with marketing, engineering and analytics teams in tackling data investigations to guide leadership and inform Marketing decisions. To do this, you will partner with teams across the organization on data integrations, AI tool development, weekly reporting, and a variety of other projects as needed. This annual base salary forms part of a comprehensive Total Rewards Package. In addition to benefits, this role may qualify for discretionary bonuses/incentives and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

- Develop monitoring and standardized Marketing reporting to provide data insights and identify unexpected patterns.
- Write SQL queries and support dbt models that power marketing dashboards.
- Assist in building automated data monitoring systems.
- Maintain dashboards providing status reporting for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with other analytics and engineering teams to conduct root cause analysis to explain Marketing channel performance.
- Translate and present technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Manage incident tracking and stakeholder communications (Jira experience is a plus).
- Support third-party vendor evaluation efforts and proposed data infrastructure updates.
- Independently manage time and prioritize across multiple incidents and stakeholders.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business intelligence discipline (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering); 0-2 years of professional experience.
- Demonstrated ability working with SQL; Python experience is a plus.
- Experience working with large datasets and data visualization techniques.
- Ability to operate independently and within a team environment
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into clear, practical terms & communicating business impact across teams.
- Willingness to learn project management and data reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Looker, Omni); prior experience with similar tools is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and intrinsic curiosity.
- Prior experience or coursework related to marketing or digital media is a plus.
