What you will do:
  • Serve as the primary day‑to‑day support for the Divestment Council, facilitating preparation of materials, analyses, and recommendations to enable advised, timely decision‑making

  • Play a hands-on role throughout the full liquidity process, from initial opportunity assessment through execution and closing

  • Coordinate closely with internal investment teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize divestment opportunities, ensuring consistency of approach and quality of analysis

  • Contributes to the development and maintenance of divestment materials, including investment committee memos, valuation analyses and important metrics

  • Act as an additional point of coordination across internal teams (legal, accounting, tax, portfolio analytics, fund management) and external partners (secondary advisors, counterparties)

  • Continuously refine divestment processes and frameworks, helping institutionalize best practices and improve efficiency

  • Support ad hoc strategic initiatives related to portfolio optimization, liquidity planning, and secondary market activity as advised by the Divestment Council

What you bring:
  • Background in investment banking or Private Markets

  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Strong quantitative skills with deep experience in Excel

Education Preferred
  • Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or equivalent experience
