Oversees daily onboarding execution, service standards, workload allocation, issue resolution, regulatory adherence, reporting, third-party provider relationships, and process improvements. Partners with internal teams and external administrators to mitigate risk, improve efficiency, support product launches, and deliver a high-quality client experience while coaching and developing team members.

Build and maintain core backend services, APIs, and shared platform components. Improve data pipelines, CI/CD, telemetry, and developer tooling. Partner with product and design to turn requirements into technical designs, support feature rollouts, and document platform capabilities.

Support allocations, stress testing, valuation, credit pricing, fundraising, regulatory reporting, and client presentations. Lead client and internal engagement for quantitative private-markets products: drive adoption, provide technical support and user research, create educational content, partner with investment and product teams, gather competitive intelligence, define KPIs, and scale repeatable support and reporting processes.

The Project Manager will lead strategic project implementations, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive project success through planning, execution, and collaboration with teams.

Lead customer-centric development and implementation of quantitative digital product features for private market investors. Define requirements, partner with design and engineering, coordinate testing and validation, gather customer insights, and drive product performance and adoption to meet business goals.

Lead operational oversight for non-US evergreen products, advance analytics and dashboards (especially evergreen credit), support hedging, liquidity management, DDQs and investor queries, partner with cross-functional teams to implement operating models, improve controls and documentation, and contribute to data and automation projects including opportunistic AI integration.

Perform fund accounting, financial and client reporting for fund-of-funds and private credit vehicles. Handle quarter-end review, distribution recommendations, cash management, coordinate with fund administrators and auditors, compile regulatory filing data, and support closings and internal partners to ensure timely deliverables.

Lead strategy and delivery of a cloud-based private equity data platform. Own architecture, reliability, observability, and adoption; design modern data stacks (Snowflake, DBT, Azure), ensure data quality, lineage, and scalable pipelines, mentor and scale data engineering teams, and partner with investment, finance, and operations to deliver trusted data products.
