Leads the strategy, architecture, roadmap, implementation, and continuous improvement of client onboarding technology across institutional and wealth channels. Oversees onboarding platforms, Salesforce integrations, workflows, data standards, controls, reporting, Agile delivery, vendors, change management, and regulatory requirements including KYC, AML, investor qualification, and tax documentation.

Supports transfer agency oversight operations by coordinating with transfer agents, distributors, custodians, and internal teams. Participate in private equity secondary investment transactions by evaluating companies, funds, industries, and competitors; conducting due diligence; interviewing general partners and management; building financial models; preparing investment committee materials; and monitoring existing investments. Analysts receive extensive training and mentorship while supporting GP-led continuation funds and LP-led secondary investments.

Advise HarbourVest’s Evergreen fund platform on fund formation, fundraising, compliance, governance, investor matters, and product development. Draft and negotiate fund documents, disclosure materials, service provider contracts, distribution agreements, and management company contracts. Counsel investment, investor relations, legal, compliance, and control functions on registered investment companies, private funds, securities regulations, and new product offerings. Manage external counsel, analyze regulatory changes, provide practical legal guidance, and mentor internal partners.

Build user-facing applications, reusable UI components, backend services, APIs, data pipelines, integrations, and cloud infrastructure for an investment analytics platform. Translate business requirements into technical designs, improve CI/CD, testing, observability, and developer tooling, and collaborate with product and design teams to deliver reliable, data-rich systems.

Leads end-to-end onboarding and implementation for separately managed account clients and employee enrollments. Coordinates Legal, Compliance, Tax, Treasury, Fund Accounting, Client Service, and external providers; translates agreements into operational processes; manages governance, risks, readiness, reporting, and handoffs. Drives process improvement, workflow optimization, technology enhancements, capacity planning, and operational excellence while delivering a high-quality client experience.

Leads platform engineering strategy, architecture, and enterprise modernization. Defines scalable shared frameworks, cloud-native capabilities, integration patterns, and technical standards across applications and infrastructure. Guides migrations to microservices, event-driven systems, and micro-frontends; mentors senior engineers; and drives DevOps, resilience, interoperability, reuse, and engineering excellence. Partners with executives, engineering, product, security, data, vendors, and technology stakeholders to translate business priorities into technical roadmaps and durable platform solutions.

Lead and support launches of new investment products from concept approval through first subscription. Manage project plans, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination; review commercial implications of legal and marketing documentation; gather and evaluate organizational input on product terms and operating models; maintain launch pipeline, tools, templates, and contribute to product research and strategy.

Supports external wholesalers and builds relationships with financial advisors across wirehouses, private banks, RIAs, and family offices. Drives sales and assets under management for private and registered investment products by coordinating meetings, maintaining CRM records, communicating complex alternative investments, monitoring competitive strategies, and following up with prospective and existing advisors. Requires strong capital markets knowledge, sales aptitude, communication skills, CRM proficiency, and Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.

Leads enterprise talent management initiatives, including succession planning, executive talent reviews, leadership development, readiness assessments, and organizational capability programs. Partners with HR business partners and senior leaders to identify succession risks, create development plans, manage talent governance, and support culture and transformation priorities. Builds talent metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting while handling confidential information and influencing stakeholders across global offices.

Supports and enhances Workday HR applications, including configuration, integrations, upgrades, testing, business process management, and EIB uploads. Partners with HR, IT, vendors, and auditors across Core HCM, recruiting, compensation, payroll, benefits, performance, learning, and annual HR cycles. Contributes to the Workday product roadmap and delivers technology solutions aligned with business needs.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, Git workflows, Azure cloud infrastructure, and infrastructure-as-code solutions. Support containerized applications, configuration management, security, production operations, incident resolution, and root cause analysis. Leads the technology and data strategy for product capabilities, including administrator data platforms, fund structures, vendor relationships, roadmaps, requirements, data quality, launch readiness, and governance. The role coordinates technology, operations, engineering, and external partners; manages one employee; drives testing and cutover; and ensures successful delivery across investment products and wealth platforms.

Develop and prototype data-driven solutions for private markets: capture and translate business requirements, onboard and validate large datasets, build tests and integrations, collaborate with engineers, researchers, vendors and investment teams, and support analytics and reporting on a cloud-based platform using SQL, Python, and BI tools.

Manage digital content production and web publishing workflows in Adobe Experience Manager, coordinating briefs, reviews, approvals, authoring, and quality assurance. Coordinate digital projects, timelines, dependencies, agencies, and development partners through project management tools. Maintain governance, brand, and compliance standards; provide operational coverage; monitor web analytics; prepare performance reports; and identify content, UX, and process improvements.

Lead the strategy, development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of quantitative digital products for private-market investors. Partner with investment science, custom solutions, engineering, and customers to define roadmaps, translate needs into capabilities, validate assumptions, drive adoption, and improve product performance. Serve as a business-development resource, oversee enhancements, and mentor teams in product discovery, research, prototyping, delivery, and adoption practices.
