The Team:
The Analyst will support day-to-day operations of the internal finance and treasury functions while also working closely with M&A, Origination, Human Resources, Legal, and senior management. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally across the organization to optimize financial performance of the company. This role will aid in providing timely and accurate treasury management, financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting. They will support a variety of recurring financial processes as well as projects and ad hoc analyses, gaining valuable experience in the theoretical as well as practical aspects of running a business.
Unison is a flat organization, and analysts will frequently work on projects for senior leaders and management with a high level of responsibility.
The Role
- Create and support managerial reporting including operational KPIs.
- Create and maintain financial models for specific transactions, debt facilities, or the business as a whole.
- Variance analysis of results to budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
- Partner with SG&A business leaders and provide key support to help them understand expenses and make informed strategic decisions for their functions.
- Oversee all cash management activities including cash positioning, forecasting, and intercompany activities.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 0-2+ years of experience.
- Highly analytical, organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
- Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills.
