The base salary range for this role is $166,000 - $265,500.

What You'll Do:
- Define Product Strategy & Roadmap: Understand pharmacy needs, industry trends, customer difficulties, and business goals to build a compelling vision and strategy for pharmacy-related products and services
- Operations Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and challenges within pharmacy operations (workflows, systems, processes) and translate these into actionable product requirements and solutions
- Product Development & Launch: Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, collaborating with engineering, build, and other teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Partner Management: Engage effectively with internal teams (e.g., leadership, client services, engineering, legal, compliance) and external partners (e.g., healthcare providers, customers, regulators) to gather feedback, communicate product plans, and drive adoption
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that products and operations adhere to all relevant regulations and standards, state pharmacy laws, and federal guidelines
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Define and track critical metrics to measure product success, analyze data for insights, and identify areas for continuous improvement
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team of product managers, business analysts, or other specialists, encouraging their professional growth
What You'll Need:
- 8+ years of digital product management or a comparable domain
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or an equivalent area, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated history of successful direct people leadership experience
- Direct experience working with health information management tech
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, develop, deliver and scale products or services that deliver measurable customer & business benefit
- Proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish, both through a team and as individual contributor
- Comfortable with the "storytelling" of product, crafting of a vision that speaks to a customer based on qualitative data and backed by quantitative data + customer insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive, and a collaborative work style
- Excellent analytical abilities with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Position may require travel

The base salary range for this role is $166,000 - $265,500.
- The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
