The Ad Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Chewy Ads team. This individual will be responsible for creative management, ensuring the timely and accurate execution of creative assets and asset management. The Ad Ops Associate will also be involved in various campaign-related tasks, including reporting, billing and other operational processes that ensure campaigns run smoothly and efficiently. This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about pets and digital advertising.

The base salary range for this role is $76,000 - $114,000.

What You'll Do:
- Facilitate the approval process for all creative assets, ensuring they meet Chewy strict brand guidelines and compliance requirements before launch.
- Double-check the accuracy and format of creative assets to ensure they align with campaign objectives and are ready for deployment.
- Ensure that all submitted creative assets are correctly submitted, organized, and tracked across campaigns.
- Identify and resolve any operational issues that may arise during the campaign lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate non-standard billing for all campaigns. Assist in tracking spend and confirming budget adherence.
- Assist Account Management with regular reports on campaign performance, ensuring they are delivered on time and with actionable insights.
- Communicate campaign results to relevant internal teams, ensuring alignment across departments.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign launches and successful outcomes.
- Assist the team in responding to customer requests related to campaign performance, asset delivery, and troubleshooting.
- Continuously assess operational processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
What You'll Need:
- 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, campaign setup, and reporting tools.
- Experience with asset management and creative workflows is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Knowledge of advertising technologies and platforms is a plus.
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service to both internal teams and external clients.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
The base salary range for this role is $76,000 - $114,000.
- The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
