Position Overview - Account Manager: As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for nurturing relationships, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital projects. You will help identify growth opportunities, upsell services, and align client goals with agency offerings. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. 
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments (strategy, creative, paid media, SEO, web development, etc.)
  • Understand client goals and translate them into actionable marketing and web project plans.
  • Manage client relationships for both monthly retainer and project-based accounts, ensuring timely delivery of digital marketing initiatives and consistent client satisfaction.
  • Manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns (e.g., social media, PPC, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing).
  • Oversee the planning, timeline, and delivery of website projects(from redesigns and landing pages to full site builds).
  • Coordinate with developers, designers, and UX/UI specialists to ensure web projects align with client objectives.
  • Oversee project workflows using Wrike (project management tool), managing timelines, team resourcing, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple client accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of account initiatives, project status, and client communications.
  • Resolve client issues quickly and effectively, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell and growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks across a dynamic workload, managing own queue to meet deadlines, and support shifting client and team needs.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of account management experience in a digital marketing or web agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and website project lifecycles.
  • Experience working with marketing, web development, or design teams on client-facing projects.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable interpreting data and web performance metrics to guide strategy.
  • Must bring positive energy to the agency day in and day out
  • Must have a genuine passion for achieving client goals and exceeding client expectations.
