We are seeking an eCommerce Key Account Manager, to be a vital member of the Amazon Sales Team, responsible for driving SharkNinja's "Amazon Obsessed with Winning" promotional strategy and executional management. Reporting directly to the Sales Director for Amazon, the eCommerce Key Account Manager will deliver critical elements of our commercial playbook while owning key external relationships across Amazon Vendor Services and other Pure Player Vendor Managers.
The eCommerce Key Account Manager requires strong cross functional partnership across data, finance, operations, performance marketing, content and sales strategy to ensure full ability to outperform. Additionally, you will manage financial agreements and budgeting including ROI analysis to maximize spend efficiency along with marketshare. You will support the sales strategy by identifying growth opportunities, analyzing promotions and pricing, and assessing potential market threats, while collaborating with internal product teams to evaluate assortment productivity and contribute to long-term strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the "Amazon Obsessed with Winning" model by optimizing daily performance and projections
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon Vendor Services & other Pure Player VMs, establishing and nurturing strong relationships to drive sales growth and increase market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media, content, brand, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of account plans, forecast attainment and exceptional customer experiences
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop tailored strategies to drive business expansion
  • Partner and execute an advanced, complicated assortment, pricing and promotion strategy
  • Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and promotions to optimize revenue generation while fostering mutually beneficial partnerships with retailers
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to provide insights and recommendations to internal teams
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate comprehensive reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making to achieve market share expansion
  • Collaborate with demand planning and supply chain teams to optimize the flow of goods, ensuring accurate forecasting and efficient inventory management and timely order fulfillment
  • Ability to drive organic product ranking to increase traffic, maximize conversion and sales


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a strategic sales, promotional management or commercial account management for an ecommerce customer
  • Proven ability to develop ecommerce 4P strategies and manage a complex assortment effectively
  • Advanced proficiency in Vendor / Seller Management, Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
