We are seeking an experienced Account Manager, Integrated Marketing Services to join our team. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients, managing strategic relationships while coordinating the successful execution of marketing programs that deliver measurable results

 

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Partner with cross functional teams to issue a high-quality marketing solution deliverable, mapped to client's expectations and marketing goals.
  2. Maintain a specific focus on long-term client retention and satisfaction.
  3. Proactively identify or clarify issues, analyze challenges, and make recommendations on what to do and how/when to do it.
  4. Build client relationships to establish strong bonds and trusting relationships with all client contacts, internal and external.
  5. Maintain extensive knowledge of all Company products/services/systems in order to service and cultivate accounts.
  6. Understand client's business and category, including the competitive environment, industry product and pricing strategies.
  7. Lead quarterly business reviews and or client specific meetings, present results and final reporting to drive more effective programs.
  8. Follow economic and business trends and apply knowledge to client discussions
  9. Be highly responsive to client questions, requests and needs.
  10. Stay current with market developments, competitive offerings, technological advances, and company products and/or services.
  11. Work closely with internal management team to identify and resolve internal roadblocks to success (e.g., staffing quality, implementation approach).
  12. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
  13. Travel as business requires.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:

  1. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a data-driven, analytical mindset to problem-solving and decision-making
  2. Ability to independently manage assignments and client-facing conversations with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and minimal management support
  3. Strong project management skills.
  4. Strong Microsoft Office Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  5. Familiarity with AI tools
  6. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  7. Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  8. Ability to work as part of a close-knit team.

 

Education, Experience, and Certification:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business (or similar field) or equivalent experience.
  2. 3+ years' experience in one of more of the following: Direct / Database Marketing; Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM); Customer Information Management.
