Own and grow enterprise client relationships by delivering consultative selling, digital marketing program management, analytics-driven recommendations, renewals/upgrades, and cross-functional leadership. Serve as primary client contact, forecast revenue in CRM, identify expansion opportunities, negotiate scope/pricing, mentor junior staff, and represent the company at meetings and trade shows.

Lead brand identity, content strategy, influencer and social programs to drive organic audience growth and consistent brand voice. Build editorial roadmaps, measure content and influencer KPIs, manage agencies/contractors, and align brand efforts with demand generation, product marketing, and PR.

Lead Revenue Operations to align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience through forecasting, pipeline modeling, CRM governance (Salesforce), AI-enabled automation, and global team leadership to drive predictable, scalable revenue.

Manage and grow existing B2B customer relationships through consultative selling, account planning, renewals/upgrades, forecasting in CRM, and occasional travel to client meetings and trade shows.

Lead and manage programmatic and DMP partnerships with a focus on CTV to grow revenue and adoption of company data taxonomy. Coordinate internal and external teams, oversee partner deliverables and performance, manage contractual and operational processes, support reporting and finance, and drive industry research and innovation across digital channels.
