Overview
As an Account Executive, Enterprise Brands, you’ll drive new business by selling Dutchie’s AdTech platform and emerging brand solutions to cannabis brands. You are energized by hunting, pre-selling innovative products, and closing high-impact deals in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

You bring a consultative sales mindset, understand the nuances of AdTech, analytics, and brand/retailer trade dynamics, and thrive in conversations with senior brand leaders. You’re comfortable operating ahead of the roadmap, translating market needs into momentum, and turning early wins into long-term value.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the hunt: Build and grow a new business pipeline focused on enterprise cannabis brands, with a focus on AdTech and new brand capabilities.
  • Drive net-new client acquisition and consistently meet or exceed quota for assigned product lines.
  • Develop a deep understanding of prospective client needs and position Dutchie’s solutions to win, tailoring messaging to strategic outcomes.
  • Build and nurture executive relationships that turn early wins into referenceable partnerships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through close, ensuring a clean, high-quality handoff to the Account Management team.
  • Forecast revenue accurately while keeping CRM and deal tracking up to date.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide real-time product feedback, helping shape go-to-market strategy and product roadmap alignment.
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally within advertising, media, or MarTech platforms.
  • Proven ability to hunt, pitch, and close complex deals with senior stakeholders.
Executive presence and relationship-building skills - especially with cannabis brands and C-level buyers.
  • Strong understanding of AdTech, Retail Media Networks, Trade, and Analytics, and the ability to simplify and sell these solutions effectively.
  • Experience working in fragmented or fast-evolving markets is a plus.
  • Proficient in reviewing, interpreting and synthesizing raw data to build comprehensive pitch materials
  • Comfortable navigating long, multi-threaded sales cycles and introducing first-of-its-kind products.
  • A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
You’ll Get

We are targeting an OTE of $130,000-$180,000 based on the intended level for this role.

In addition to cash compensation, our total rewards package includes:

  • Full medical benefits including dental and vision plans to ensure you always have the best care.
