Responsibilities
- Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to build accurate ICPs and lists
- Identify key triggers (new hires, funding, tech changes) and create personalized value messages
- Engage leads through LinkedIn, email, and other channels using a multi-touch approach
- Warm up contacts by interacting with their content and sharing relevant insights
- Share helpful materials like case studies to build trust before booking sales calls
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to execute outbound campaigns and optimize outreach scripts
- Use automation tools to scale efforts while maintaining personalization
- Track all interactions in CRM, update lead info, and monitor lead progression
- Continuously learn about the industry, tools, and best practices, leveraging AI when possible
- 2+ years in B2B research, sales development, or outbound lead generation
- Strong analytical and writing skills — able to turn research into clear insights
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
- Comfortable working independently and handling multiple campaigns
- Excellent communication skills in English
