Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for a Research and Engagement Manager (Lead Generation Specialist) to join its innovative team.

Responsibilities

  • Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to build accurate ICPs and lists
  • Identify key triggers (new hires, funding, tech changes) and create personalized value messages
  • Engage leads through LinkedIn, email, and other channels using a multi-touch approach
  • Warm up contacts by interacting with their content and sharing relevant insights
  • Share helpful materials like case studies to build trust before booking sales calls
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to execute outbound campaigns and optimize outreach scripts
  • Use automation tools to scale efforts while maintaining personalization
  • Track all interactions in CRM, update lead info, and monitor lead progression
  • Continuously learn about the industry, tools, and best practices, leveraging AI when possible
Requirements
  • 1+ years in outbound lead generation
  • Strong analytical and writing skills — able to turn research into clear insights
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills in English
