We need an English-fluent Data Analyst, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using leading BI tools.
- including Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, and other enterprise platforms.
- Create self-service analytics solutions that enable stakeholders to access and interpret data independently.
- Maintain and enhance existing reporting infrastructure to meet evolving business requirements.
- Ensure data visualization best practices are followed for clarity, accuracy, and user experience.
- Design, establish, and maintain robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to acquire data from multiple sources.
- Automate data pipelines to ensure reliable, timely, and accurate data flow into organizational data stores.
- Monitor and optimize data processes for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to implement data storage solutions and maintain data integrity.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver analytical solutions that address key business questions.
- Present findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related analytical field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools and processes (e.g., SSIS, Talend, Airflow, or similar).
- Demonstrated expertise in multiple BI platforms, particularly Sigma, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Strong statistical analysis and data modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
It´s a Plus:
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
- Programming experience in Python, R, or similar analytical languages.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques (predictive modeling, machine learning).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development practices.
- Industry-specific domain knowledge relevant to our business.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,700 - $2,300 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
