The Strategic Operations Manager will oversee business unit operations, support strategic projects for growth, and partner with leadership to drive initiatives from analysis to execution.

Lead global Talent Acquisition operations by improving processes, technology adoption (Phenom, Workday), analytics, governance, and contingent workforce programs. Drive automation, change management, vendor management, cross-functional projects, and executive reporting to improve recruiter productivity, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.

Lead and scale the client success organization across regions or product lines. Define strategy, KPIs, governance, and budgets; drive technology adoption and process transformation; influence executives and product/pricing; manage performance, training, and compliance to ensure client retention, growth, and operational excellence.

Lead AIOps strategy and architecture to modernize operations during AWS migration. Design and implement observability, agentic AI, ChatOps, and SRE practices to improve incident detection, triage, remediation, automation, and platform resilience. Partner across engineering, cloud, security, and operations to establish standards, governance, playbooks, and mentor teams.

Analyze and load healthcare reimbursement contracts into adjudication systems, interpret complex rate methodologies (DRG, APC, CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10), validate and test contract configurations, maintain fee schedules and provider groups, ensure claims pricing accuracy, collaborate with development teams, and protect confidential HIPAA-related information while responding to client issues.

The Chief of Staff supports the CRO in aligning priorities, driving initiatives, managing operations, and enhancing organizational effectiveness across Sales & Client Management.

The Vice President of Enterprise Strategy will lead the global strategy development, competitive intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration while partnering with senior leadership to drive corporate growth.

Lead global engineering teams for S365 and SmartShopper, partner with Product and Architecture to deliver scalable cloud solutions, drive modernization and operational excellence, mentor managers and senior engineers, and establish engineering standards, roadmaps, and metrics to improve delivery, reliability, and performance.
