The Director will lead design for a portfolio of mixed-use developments, setting quality standards, overseeing projects, mentoring staff, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Perform insurance compliance reviews and tracking for tenants, vendors, and lenders; maintain and develop insurance/risk databases; collect and analyze data for submissions; coordinate with brokers and counsel on claims and tender acceptance; support policy placement and renewals; develop internal training; act as an internal risk and insurance resource across departments.

Support asset strategy and operations for shopping centers: manage day-to-day operations, third-party providers, CapEx projects, development due diligence, tenant relations, budget and invoice coordination, and regular site inspections to ensure safe, efficient, and code-compliant properties.
