Position Overview 
The Seaport Marketing Field Team works in partnership with the WS Brand Partnerships team to sell and execute sponsorships and activations (such as the Snowport Holiday Market) with best-in-class brands in categories including: auto, CPG, tourism, tech, financial and beauty. Past partners have included: Lexus, JetBlue, Paramount+, Red Bull, Glossier and many more. 

The Seaport Brand Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day administration and on-site support related to pre- and post-sale activities. This role will support the Seaport Field Marketing Team to ensure contract obligations are executed seamlessly, providing on-site support to clients and liaising with the Brand Partnerships team and Seaport Property Management team.  

The Coordinator must possess strong communication and organization skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This is an exciting opportunity that functions in the field, so a background in event/live show production, experiential marketing, etc. is preferred.  This position will work with many cross functional partners, collaborating, problem-solving, and ensuring that each client finds success in the Seaport. This role requires attendance in our field office located in Boston Seaport, MA. 

This role will report to the Director of Community & Partnerships, Seaport.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Work in lockstep with the Director of Community & Partnerships to ensure each client’s contract is fulfilled in Seaport. 
  • Partner with the Brand Partnerships team on all facets of Seaport client relations including initial proposal reviews, client relations, and client approvals.  
  • Maintain on-site production materials/tools, including Load-in instructions, permitting cheat sheets, standard operating procedures (SOPs), master calendar of activations, etc. 
  • Support as main point of contact for all client-related on-site pop-up activities & activations 
  • Facilitate daily communication between cross functional teams including brand partnerships, creative, field marketing, and property management to help fulfill client requests.  
  • Supply recap deck information for the BP team in partnership with key cross-functional partners. 
  • Schedule and maintain calendar invitations for key internal and external team meetings; capture meeting notes and circulate recaps, as needed 
  • Research Experiential/OOH/Sponsorship in the market to help the team identify potential brand partners 

Requirements
  • College degree required 
  • 2+ years relevant work experience in experiential marketing, event production, live shows, etc.
  • Ability to multi-task, project manage, problem solve, and stay organized 
  • Must be proactive, well organized, a team player and able to meet deadlines 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Canva, Word, Notion, and Excel a plus. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Experience in fast paced, entrepreneurial settings with an ability to prioritize and flex

The expected salary range for this position is $70,000–$80,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role is also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program.
