The Director will lead design for a portfolio of mixed-use developments, setting quality standards, overseeing projects, mentoring staff, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Owns the firm’s internal controls, audit coordination, and institutional investor compliance program. Manages deadlines, cross-functional inputs, audits, due diligence, filings, certifications, access reviews, remediation, and control documentation. Produces polished communications for investors, auditors, and joint-venture partners while improving compliance workflows and championing AI-enabled productivity.

Perform insurance compliance reviews and tracking for tenants, vendors, and lenders; maintain and develop insurance/risk databases; collect and analyze data for submissions; coordinate with brokers and counsel on claims and tender acceptance; support policy placement and renewals; develop internal training; act as an internal risk and insurance resource across departments.
