Oversee clinical, financial, and administrative operations of a day program for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Provide high-level administrative and managerial support to the CFO: manage communications, calendars, meetings, travel, records, reports, databases, correspondence, meeting minutes, expense tracking, research, and serve as backup to senior EA while supporting internal and external stakeholders.

Support manager development and respond to employee/manager concerns.

Provide BCBA clinical leadership for adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities and ASD: conduct FBAs/FAs, design and oversee behavior support plans, analyze clinical data, consult on complex cases, train and coach staff, attend appointments, and advocate for clients. Work weekdays with some flexible/remote hours and receive ongoing supervision and CE support.

Provide outpatient psychopharmacologic treatment and clinical care to adults with severe mental illness. Duties include direct patient care, supervision/teaching, administration, program development, and coordination with community rehabilitation and primary care services. Provide clinical leadership on a multidisciplinary PACT team for adults with severe mental illness: case management, comprehensive assessments, develop and revise Individual Action Plans, individual therapy, crisis intervention/on-call coverage, community liaison work, and ensure accurate documentation.
