Leads Amazon Marketplace growth and profitability by analyzing marketplace economics, P&L, pricing, assortment, fulfillment, inventory, and customer metrics. Develops growth strategies, financial models, dashboards, and business cases; optimizes FBA, SFP, and FBM operations; and leads cross-functional initiatives across merchandising, supply chain, finance, marketing, and catalog teams. Advises senior leaders, resolves compliance and seller-performance issues, and provides marketplace expertise and mentorship.

Manage general, auto, premises, product, and casualty liability claims from investigation through resolution. Evaluate liability, damages, reserves, litigation, risk transfer, coverage, and subrogation opportunities. Coordinate with TPAs, insurers, defense counsel, brokers, and internal stakeholders; maintain claim records and reporting in the RMIS. Monitor claim trends, support actuarial reviews, improve claims processes, and provide technical guidance to Claims Associates.

Design, build, test, deploy, and support governed data products and pipelines for supply chain operations. Develop Snowflake and dbt models, optimize workloads, implement data quality and observability controls, and use Databricks and Spark for scalable analytics and AI-ready data foundations. Partner with product, engineering, analytics, and business teams to define requirements and data contracts, lead initiatives through production, document solutions, and improve reliability, security, and engineering standards.
