Supports B2B customer lifecycle marketing campaigns across onboarding, growth, retention, and win-back stages. Manages multiple projects, coordinating people, deadlines, meetings, resources, creative briefs, reviews, approvals, and cross-functional campaign execution across email, paid media, and websites. Tracks project status, performance, risks, action items, and escalations while ensuring timely and effective delivery.

Develops and leads targeted B2B marketing programs for public-sector customers, coordinating campaigns across Sales, Marketing, Digital, Creative, Analytics, and partner channels. Responsibilities include audience segmentation, messaging, content and sales enablement development, campaign execution, KPI measurement, testing, pipeline analysis, and cross-functional project leadership. The role also mentors contributors and uses customer and performance insights to improve campaign effectiveness and revenue impact.

Manage and forecast corporate cash and liquidity, prepare treasury reports and financial models, analyze bank fees and capital markets activity, and support daily treasury operations. Partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, IT, and banking stakeholders on cash management, debt, working capital, and process improvement initiatives.
