Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts—especially Olympic/LA28 sponsors—by developing account strategies, increasing revenue and margin, recommending merchandise solutions, negotiating contracts, coordinating internal teams, conducting on-site customer events, and managing sales budgets and performance.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve end-to-end purchase customer journeys across web and app for B2C and B2B. Lead A/B testing and experimentation, ensure accurate data collection and impact measurement, build self-service reporting and visualizations, query and process data, and present findings to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Lead and manage complex customer projects and implementations from intake to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate cross-functional teams, perform root-cause analysis, drive process improvements, and provide status reporting to deliver successful customer outcomes.
