Partner with senior stakeholders on headcount planning, sales capacity, marketing ROI, resource allocation, and strategic growth decisions while improving scalable financial processes and leveraging AI-enabled tools.

Own the vision, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of Exposure Management product capabilities. Translate customer and technical requirements into prioritized specifications, guide features from discovery through launch and sunset, and drive measurable business outcomes. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, UX, go-to-market, customer success, and threat research teams. Engage customers, secure leadership alignment, make data-informed decisions, and mentor product team members.

Own renewal strategies and lifecycle execution for a SaaS customer portfolio. Manage negotiations, contracts, pricing guidance, forecasts, and customer or partner issues while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Channel, and Finance to drive retention and recurring revenue. Use Salesforce, Clari, and internal tools to analyze account performance and forecast renewals.
