Build executive narratives, sales enablement, ROI frameworks, customer evidence, and cross-sell/upsell stories. Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to validate personas, sequence launches, and support strategic account engagements.

Leads the Health Systems Sales Operating System, integrating sales operations, forecasting, planning, enablement, inside sales, and SDR functions. Establishes performance cadences, governance, KPIs, CRM requirements, territory and capacity planning, and scalable selling motions. Partners with Finance, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Services, Contracts, and IT to improve pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, deal execution, seller productivity, and commercial transformation. Builds and develops a multifunctional leadership organization.
