Own end-to-end onboarding for Catalog Transformer customers from kickoff through launch, delivering training, implementation workshops, and product demos. Act as primary post-sales advisor, coordinate cross-functional teams, remove blockers, document playbooks, leverage AI/automation to improve onboarding efficiency, and support expansion and sales opportunities.

Lead AMER Mirakl Ads sales: build and coach a sales team, define go-to-market strategy, drive new client acquisition and upsell, foster C-suite relationships, support major deals, and deliver revenue forecasts.
