Partners with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, lead discovery, deliver tailored product demonstrations, answer technical questions, support proposals and RFPs, and guide customers through onboarding. Collaborates across Product, Engineering, Support, and Partnerships to validate solutions, ensure successful implementation, capture market feedback, and improve sales and onboarding processes using AI and automation tools.

Own end-to-end customer onboarding for Catalog Transformer, from kickoff through launch and early adoption. Lead implementation workshops, demonstrations, training, and customer enablement while coordinating cross-functional teams, resolving risks, and advising on marketplace best practices. Partner with Sales and Marketplace Operators on expansion opportunities. Improve onboarding processes, documentation, and scalability using AI and automation tools while tracking launch time, adoption, satisfaction, and time-to-value.

Build business cases and financial models for enterprise marketplace opportunities, quantify growth and operational impact, present recommendations to C-level prospects, support complex sales deals, develop commercial frameworks, and create AI-enabled workflows. The role also involves executive storytelling, benchmark development, pricing and deal-structure support, and representing Mirakl externally.
