Develop and ship cloud-native full-stack features using Java/Spring Boot backend and React frontends. Design, test, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable services (PostgreSQL, Kafka, AWS, Kubernetes). Own features from design through production, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, improve CI/CD and observability, and collaborate with product and cross-functional teams. Use AI-assisted tools responsibly to increase engineering productivity.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a shared IAM platform for reusable identity and access services. Conduct discovery, define use cases, partner with engineering/security/devops, drive standards (OIDC, SAML, SCIM), measure adoption and SLOs, and support go-to-market and cross-functional enablement.

Lead strategy and roadmap for Agentic Identity Management (AIM), validate product-market fit, drive commercialization and adoption, partner cross-functionally, mentor product teams, and measure product and business success.
