Manage a Quality Engineering team responsible for manual and automated testing of new features, maintenance, integrations, and product releases. Mentor engineers, establish quality standards, improve testing processes, oversee test plans and cases, collaborate with Product and Development, monitor quality metrics, research testing technologies, and resolve quality issues. The role requires testing across mobile and desktop platforms, virtual environments, and Agile development workflows.

The Executive Assistant supports the CEO and executive team with scheduling, travel coordination, expense reporting, meeting organization, and maintaining confidentiality while ensuring smooth operations.

Lead strategy and growth of Imprivata's customer community via Salesforce Experience Cloud. Design engagement, onboarding, advocacy, and event programs; track KPIs and analytics; manage content, forums, and user groups; partner cross-functionally to align community initiatives with product and business goals; gather customer feedback to influence product and voice-of-customer programs; and apply automation and digital tools to scale community experiences.
