Own and improve the Bazel-based firmware build system, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions/runners, and HIL test infrastructure. Integrate third-party safety tooling, build automation, and Python internal tooling to increase developer velocity while maintaining reproducibility and safety rigor for safety-critical firmware.

Develop and debug firmware for humanoid robots, including motion control, stabilization, sensor integration, communication, motor and sensor drivers, and real-time control algorithms. Collaborate with hardware and systems teams, optimize performance and power efficiency, implement embedded security and fail-safe mechanisms, and maintain documentation and version control. Lead junior engineers through mentoring and code reviews.

Develop and own core embedded OS, networking, and software subsystems for humanoid robots. Integrate sensors and computing platforms, write high-integrity Linux-based code, lead cross-functional projects, validate systems for safety and reliability, and build infrastructure for rapid R&D iteration.

Provide L1/L2 IT support for the Boston office and lab: manage endpoints (Windows, macOS, Ubuntu), enroll devices in MDM (JumpCloud), maintain asset records in Jira Assets, support AV/meeting rooms, perform basic network tasks, handle procurement and lifecycle of hardware, document runbooks, and work with global IT and Cyber teams to build scalable office IT infrastructure.

Design and validate high-performance mechanical structures and mechanisms for humanoid robots. Create detailed CAD models and drawings, run FEA and topology optimization, prototype and test designs, ensure manufacturability and safety, resolve design issues, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and vendors to transition concepts to production.

Lead development and certification of safety-critical subsystems across the full safety lifecycle. Define safety concepts, author safety cases and technical documentation, perform FMEA/FMEDA/FTA, specify and validate safety requirements for sensors, controllers and actuators, and ensure compliance with international functional safety and robotics standards.

Lead product cybersecurity for Humanoid's HMND 01 platform family. Define assurance strategy, threat modelling, and audit-ready security artefacts; ensure compliance with IEC 62443, EU Machinery Regulation and Cyber Resilience Act; establish PSIR/PSIRT, oversee risk assessments, remediation, and field monitoring; engage customers, certification bodies, and support bids and regulatory interactions.

Own and maintain Humanoid’s Altium component library, including schematic symbols, PCB footprints, 3D models, component data, lifecycle statuses, and traceability. Enforce library standards, verify datasheet and manufacturing accuracy, support where-used analysis, coordinate requests across distributed electrical engineering teams, align ECAD data with Teamcenter PLM and ERP systems, perform bulk library cleanup, and document conventions in Confluence.

Own end-to-end planning and execution of complex humanoid robotics development programs, managing scope, schedule, cost, risks, and delivery. Coordinate globally distributed hardware and software teams across systems, safety, mechanical, electrical, firmware, AI/ML, integration, test, supply chain, and related functions. Build stakeholder alignment, remove blockers, improve program processes, and guide cross-functional teams through product development and deployment.

Develop and own robotics controls testing, validation, and hardware-in-the-loop infrastructure. Define repeatability and accuracy metrics, expand automated testing, validate new hardware integrations, and diagnose failures across controls, firmware, and hardware. Build observability and diagnostic tooling, perform real-robot bring-up, and maintain engineering documentation and runbooks. The role requires strong control theory, modern C++, Python, robotics hardware experience, data analysis judgment, and cross-stack debugging skills.

Serve as a finance partner supporting budgeting, forecasting, spend approvals, cash-flow monitoring, liquidity analysis, scenario modeling, and leadership reporting. Build financial models for hardware unit economics and scaling, analyze variances and KPIs, apply IFRS/GAAP knowledge, and research R&D tax credits, grants, incentives, and regulatory requirements. Support decision-making across a multi-entity, multi-currency robotics business while collaborating with tax and treasury teams.

Deploy and integrate humanoid robot solutions at customer sites across North America. Conduct site assessments and data collection, build lab test rigs and digital/physical twins, run demos and acceptance testing, support on-site integration and troubleshooting, manage PoCs and pilots, collect product feedback, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to optimize deployments.

Lead deployment and integration of humanoid robot solutions at customer sites across North America. Plan and supervise PoC and pilot projects, run lab testing and acceptance tests, manage product releases and solution integration, deliver demos and support go-to-market activities, and coordinate cross-functional teams while prioritizing customer feedback and performance improvements.

Lead Humanoid's commercial expansion across MENA (initial focus Saudi Arabia and the GCC). Own regional go-to-market strategy, build pipeline, secure pilots and commercial agreements, develop strategic partnerships with enterprise and government stakeholders, and manage regional revenue, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption of humanoid robotics.
