Manage and grow small-to-medium education-sector accounts through scalable engagement strategies, data analysis, issue resolution, renewals, onboarding, and product expansion. Supports compensation benchmarking, offer and promotion reviews, compensation cycles, market analysis, governance, and data quality improvements. The role requires strong project coordination, analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in compensation or total rewards.

Leads talent acquisition across the Americas, managing full-cycle recruiting for technical, corporate, and leadership roles. Partners with senior leaders on workforce planning, coaches hiring managers, builds diverse pipelines, uses recruiting analytics and AI tools, improves hiring processes, ensures regulatory compliance, supports executive searches, and mentors recruiting team members across a global organization.
