The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, strong Excel skills, and experience with payroll systems such as Rippling and Paycom.

Lead end-to-end product design for web and mobile, turning ambiguous problems into polished, production-ready UI. Prototype at high fidelity, use AI tools to accelerate research and implementation, bridge design and engineering for smooth handoffs, set design patterns, mentor designers, and contribute closely with PMs and engineers.
