Manage end-to-end employee benefits programs and support weekly payroll processing for US employees. Administer enrollments, leaves, vendor relations, EDI feeds, monthly billing reconciliations, NetSuite payroll journal entries, and compliance with ERISA/ACA/HIPAA/FMLA. Provide employee support, run benefits audits, analyze plan data, and produce communication materials. Collaborate with finance and external carriers to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate payroll and benefits records.

Lead end-to-end product design for web and mobile, turning ambiguous problems into polished, production-ready UI. Prototype at high fidelity, use AI tools to accelerate research and implementation, bridge design and engineering for smooth handoffs, set design patterns, mentor designers, and contribute closely with PMs and engineers.

Lead end-to-end product areas: identify opportunities, build business cases, ship features/policies/processes, and measure impact. Collaborate across engineering, design, operations, and stakeholders. Do deep problem definition, pilots, post-launch analysis, and prototype AI-enabled solutions (including basic coding) within agentic infrastructure.
