Lead and grow a multidisciplinary design team owning industrial and UI/UX design for Bevi's connected hardware and digital experiences. Define design vision, CMF standards, design systems, and end-to-end product experience. Partner with Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Marketing to maintain design integrity from concept through production and scale the design function.

Design and develop PCBAs and circuits (power, high-speed, RF, networking), support product lifecycle from spec to launch, ensure EMI/EMC and regulatory compliance, perform bring-up, debugging, validation, failure analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally on electrical subsystem reliability and quality.

Own day-to-day manufacturing activities with a contract manufacturer, drive continuous improvement and root-cause problem solving, support engineering change implementation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain process documentation, and help scale manufacturing for product growth.

Lead GTM operations and analytics for Revenue leadership: run weekly and quarterly business cadences, build executive dashboards, evaluate GTM and marketing effectiveness, model scenarios, and drive cross-functional execution. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and GTM Engineering to ensure data integrity, report performance, and mentor junior RevOps team members to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

Own Salesforce data quality, reporting, commission and territory workflows, and help build a scalable deal desk and intake process. Partner across Sales, Finance, Marketing Ops, and GTM Engineering to automate workflows, maintain pipelines, and improve processes to reduce manual work and support reliable sales reporting and quota tracking.

Build and scale GTM technical infrastructure: embed with Sales & Marketing, design and ship AI-powered workflows, automate enrichment/routing/CRM capture, connect GTM stack, measure impact, and productionize solutions with Enterprise Applications.

Lead a small team to build and scale technical training, documentation, and a Help Center for partners and internal teams. Own LMS administration, authoring tools, NPI enablement, cross-functional cadence with Sales/Product/Engineering, and use AI to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Own analytics for Bevi digital experiences and websites, measure incremental impact of new flavors using experiments and quasi-experimental methods, build a flavor recommendation engine, create dashboards, and partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Engineering to improve tracking, data quality, and product decisions.

Own and execute experiential marketing programs including trade shows, rental program, and Hydration Takeovers. Manage logistics, budgets, vendors, Salesforce records, and partner with Sales and Operations to drive awareness, pipeline, revenue, and measurable program improvements.

Own end-to-end email marketing for demand generation, product launches, partner communications, events, and strategic accounts. Build, QA, send, and measure campaigns in HubSpot; create and test landing pages in WordPress and HubSpot; run A/B and multivariate experiments; maintain content playbooks, testing roadmaps, and cross-functional editorial processes tied to pipeline and revenue impact.

Own and execute Bevi's paid media demand generation: build and optimize in-platform campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn; manage agency relationship and budgets; ensure tracking and attribution integrity; build reporting and LTV:CAC-backed investment cases; partner with sales, RevOps, and analytics to improve lead quality and pipeline impact.

The Supply Chain Data Analyst will enhance operational efficiency by managing procurement, auditing supply chain workflows, and exploring automation and AI opportunities.

Lead the software engineering strategy, driving AI adoption and managing a high-performing team to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences for connected beverage machines.

Build predictive models for churn, expansion, and look-alikes; run marketing mix and incrementality analyses; create leading indicators and cohort reporting; partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to translate analytics into actionable recommendations and inform data infrastructure needs.

Lead supplier qualification and onboarding, drive APQP/PPAP and PFMEA activities, perform audits, root-cause analysis (8D), and supplier corrective actions. Partner with cross-functional teams to manage requirements, roadmaps, and SDLC for enterprise applications. Produce requirements, process diagrams, QA/UAT, perform system configuration/integrations, and deliver ERP/WMS/CRM improvements that boost efficiency and customer experience. Collaborate with vendors, 3PLs, and use AI tools to accelerate delivery.

Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs across New Product Development, Beverage Innovation, and GTM. Maintain schedules, coordinate Hardware/Software/Beverage/Manufacturing teams, mitigate risks, drive accountability, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Lead electrical and embedded investigations for Bevis connected hardware: perform board- and system-level debugging, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, scope engineering work, coordinate cross-functional handoffs, create ECNs/BOM updates, validate fixes with test methods, and support component obsolescence and reliability improvements.

Lead design and implementation of multi-board firmware and Android/embedded systems for electromechanical products. Own firmware architecture, board bring-up, diagnostics, tools for R&D and manufacturing, triage system issues, improve CI/CD and testing, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable production systems.
