Leads and grows the Product Security Office, setting the product security trust roadmap and compliance framework. Oversees PSIRT operations, vulnerability management, security assurance platforms, customer security compliance, threat modeling, secure software testing, and organization-wide secure development practices. Partners with engineering, product, legal, IT, InfoSec, and operations while mentoring teams and managing product security standards, regulations, audits, and remediation efforts.

Manage export compliance for Engineered Components and Aptiv Interconnect. Advise on EAR, ITAR, OFAC sanctions, licensing, product and technology classifications, customer and end-use reviews, controlled technical data, investigations, disclosures, training, and recordkeeping. Partner with Engineering, Sales, Operations, IT, Security, Legal, and Trade teams to embed compliance into customer pursuits, product development, and program launches, particularly across aerospace, defense, government, and other regulated markets.

Leads the Open Source Program Office and AI Governance Program, establishing licensing compliance, responsible AI frameworks, policies, controls, risk management, and reporting. Oversees governance analysts and engineering teams developing automation, infrastructure, and compliance tooling. Partners with Legal, Security, Product, Engineering, Sales, and executives to manage open-source and AI risks, enable adoption, and maximize business value. Provides strategic direction, team leadership, and executive reporting on governance effectiveness and compliance posture.

Supports product and portfolio strategy for ADAS, vehicle intelligence, and safety software. Analyzes markets, competitors, customers, regulations, pricing, and technology trends; builds business cases and financial models; develops prioritization frameworks; and creates executive-ready recommendations and presentations. Collaborates with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Corporate Strategy, and leadership on roadmap, investment, and customer decisions.

Lead technical sales and solution architecture for enterprise and edge technologies. Design scalable end-to-end solutions, conduct customer discovery, executive briefings, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and architecture reviews. Advise clients and partners, develop competitive technical strategies, influence product roadmaps, research emerging technologies, and produce thought leadership content. The role requires deep expertise in embedded and cloud software, operating systems, containers, AI runtimes, and edge deployments.

Own and develop the roadmap for Advanced Safety products, including ADAS driving features, parking, mapping, localization, and turnkey systems. Define technical requirements, analyze markets and customer needs, build business cases, prioritize use cases, and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, customers, and executives. Lead technical research, product strategy, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional efforts to deliver automotive software products.

Own product strategy and end-to-end roadmaps for robotics and drone platforms. Conduct market and competitive analysis, define customer profiles, value propositions, pricing, monetization, and revenue plans. Build product business cases, translate product vision into technical requirements, and coordinate Engineering, Sales, Marketing, customers, and executives. Drive prioritization, technical discussions, milestone execution, and cross-functional issue resolution while supporting commercialization and growth.

Develop positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market programs for Aptiv’s robotics, drones, industrial automation, and sensing portfolio. Translate complex technologies into customer-facing narratives, sales tools, campaigns, launches, digital experiences, and event materials. Gather competitive and market intelligence, support commercialization, create creative briefs, and coordinate product, engineering, sales, creative, digital, communications, and external partners to prioritize execution and improve marketing effectiveness.

The Associate, Strategy will support executive leadership by conducting financial analysis, modeling, and strategic planning to guide Aptiv's growth and investment strategies.
