While the travel industry saw a major decline during the pandemic, travel tech company Hopper is looking ahead to the future with Series F funding and a new strategic partnership with Capital One. Notarize pulled in $130M. Following a year of significant growth in revenue, Notarize pulled in a Series D led by Canapi Ventures. It’s tech enables people to sign and notarize documents completely online via a two-way video call. Pison raised $7M. The company is working to build the sci-fi future we’ve only seen in movies. Pison is advancing its tech that allows people to mentally control digital devices. With the Series A funding, it’s planning to launch its first product this year as well as hire 50 new members to its team. The funding round was led by Lavrock Ventures. [Built In Boston]
Zaius to be acquired by Optimizely. With the addition of the Boston-based company’s AI-powered customer data software, Optimizely is looking to make additions to its enterprise features that work to manage websites and marketing campaigns. Dispatch announced new partnerships. With its platform that serves home service brands that depend on independent providers, Dispatch launched new partnerships with York HVAC, Amarr Garage Doors and Friedrich Air Conditioning.
