Business Development at Klaviyo
A crucial first step in the sales cycle. Properly qualifying and learning about the customer's need is integral. We must possess a deep understanding of the value of Klaviyo's platform and the positive impact it can have on our prospective customers. We pride ourselves on accountability, effort, and working collaboratively to create positive outcomes. We understand that these values are essential to meeting goals and exceeding expectations.
You Will
- Prospect, develop new opportunities, and set appointments.
- Find prospects in our CRM to re-engage.
- Work cross channel with the marketing team for targeted outreach.
- Learn to properly find qualified leads, articulate Klaviyo’s value proposition, and route opportunities to the direct sales team.
- Spend time optimizing the role/process of an mBDR.
You Have
- BA/BS degree in business.
- Have a strong desire to be in technology sales.
- Experience working in a fast pace environment.
- Focus on details, self-starter, relentless but professional.
- Hungry to learn and willingness to learn from others.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in working with complex systems; quick to learn and leverage tools like SalesForce, Linkedin, Datanyze, BuiltWith.
