Relationship Management Associate
We, at Flywire, are looking for a bright, motivated, and hardworking Relationship Management Associate (RM) to help with the delivery and execution of our solution to member schools; this individual will work to continuously improve and expand our client relationships in an effort to retain and maximize the value of these partnerships.
Key responsibilities:
The RM will work with Territory Sales Managers (SM) in the execution of strategies and tactics designed to increase new payer growth, improve member school retention, increase revenue (member and new schools), identify opportunities for improvement, provide accurate and timely issue resolution and to assure certain clients promote the Flywire International Payment Solution.
The RM’s responsibilities will also include maintaining effective communications with client administrators across multiple offices on campus; managing the implementation of solutions at each campus, developing and maintaining a current knowledge and understanding of all services provided by the company and maintaining, at all times, a professional and ethical relationship with clients when representing the company.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, handling customer objections, or managing customer relationships
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient presentation skills: ability to address all levels including senior executives
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and planning skills
- Problem Solving and project management skills
- The ability to work alone as well as part of a team
- Experience in sales/account management in Higher Education Industry is helpful
- Salesforce experience is a plus
