As a Program Manager, Global Sales Enablement, your success is directly tied to the success of the Sales and Partner teams. In our fast paced, high growth environment we are constantly gathering so much new information and data every day. As we constantly learn new things and continue to scale we need to create a system for updating our best practices in a means which can quickly and efficiently be taught to the whole sales organization. This role would be building processes, certifications, trainings, and enablement materials to make these learnings and data consumable by our Sales teams in a quick and efficient manner.

Responsibility


  • Work with the Sales teams from on-boarding all the way through seasoned Sales team members to ensure we are providing every sales member with the right enablement materials
  • Build out an onboarding process to enable newly hired Sales Reps and partners to reach full ramp as quickly as possible
  • Develop and execute on trainings and certifications such as demo certification of our platform, use case certification of business problems, pricing certifications, post sales training, etc.
  • Understand all of our content, when to use it, and at what stage in the Sales Process it is applicable too. Be able to align the content with industry verticals, personas, and sales stages so the Sales team can provide the right content to the right audience at the right time.
  • Identify bottlenecks in our current sales process and determine what is needed to remove these blockers
  • Work with our internal operations teams to utilize data to drive the enablement materials and processes. For example, be able to answer questions such as:

  1. What industry do we think we can perform better in? and build enablement materials to make that happen
  2. Do certain verticals have longer sales cycles? If so, how do we shorten them?
  3. Do certain reps perform better on certain industries? If so how do we train them on the industry specifics of the other verticals where they are under performing?

Main Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in a sales or sales enablement type role
  • Critical thinking - can think through a problem and get creative to develop solutions
  • Communication both written and presentation
  • Data driven thought process to utilize data to constantly enhance processes
  • Ability to build presentations, processes, content to be used for sales enablement

Desired Skills



  • Experience with sales or sales enablement at a SaaS company
  • Experience with sales or sales enablement at a data science company or a company selling a technical product
  • Knowledge of data science and how it can be used to solve problems
