Human Resources Total Rewards Manager
Our Opportunity:
Chewy is hiring a Human Resources Total Rewards Manager to oversee our Benefits, Compensation, Workers’ Comp and Leave administration programs located in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will be fluent in benefit and leave regulations, have experience centralizing remote administration and have a strong customer service orientation. The role is both strategic and tactical. Of immediate need is planning Open Enrollment for local and remote facilities ensuring all new hires enroll or decline benefits within our HRIS and creating standard and centralized leave administration processes. The role will oversee data integrity and be responsible for ensuring data integrity and accurate deductions within the HRIS and Payroll surrounding benefits and LOA’s. You'll be successful in this role because you are organized, experience and passionate about employee benefits, compensation and leave administration legislation
What you'll do:
- Oversee administration of Health & Welfare and 401k programs.
- Centralize leave administration and Workers Comp Claim processes
- Begin to map the outline of a salary administration program, creating ranges
- Be a point of escalation for employee benefit inquiries
- Maintain employee leave process and all leave paperwork.
- Ensure benefit materials are up to date and available to employees.
- Conduct benefit presentation for New Hire Orientation locally and via webinar as needed
- Reconcile benefit invoices
- Assists with HR special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
What you'll need:
- 5+ years Leat :dership experience in a Benefits Administration role including managing centralized processes
- 5+ years hands on Experience in job grading and salary administration
- 5+ years experience in Leave Administration and WC Administration Experience
- Self-Funding experience would be helpful but not required.
- Familiarity with ADP, Kronos, Workday is a plus
- Proven ability to function as internal benefit, WC and Leave SME developing and implementing technical solutions that enhance efficiencies and performance.
- Highly proficient with Excel.
- Customer service focused, have a passion for process improvement, be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Detail oriented; demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
