Formlabs is looking for a high energy, organizational rockstar to manage our front desk reception. We’re growing fast, and so is the number of visitors we have in the office each day. The receptionist acts as the first point of contact for all guests, vendors and employees, ensuring all visitors feel welcome in our space. If you’re an enthusiastic and friendly go-getter who is curious to learn more about a fast-growing tech company and grow your hospitality chops, we want you as our Front Desk Receptionist.
The Job:
- Greet and engage all guests, ensuring they feel welcome in our space
- Take ownership of the reception area by suggesting changes to make it more awesome
- Work hand in hand with our Operations and People Operations teams to proactively anticipate a wide variety of visitors to our HQ
- Answer calls and field voicemails with a professional demeanor
- Provide directions and relevant information to visitors
You:
- Have a strong attention to detail, organization, and punctuality
- Able to prioritize and deal with multiple inbound needs at once
- Self-motivator with strong organizational and intra-personal skills
- Excited to anticipate the needs of visitors and willing to do whatever needs to be done
- Have a welcoming and friendly demeanor
- Thrive in an energetic team environment
- Excited to see how a high-growth startup functions from the inside
