Position Overview:
We are looking for an organization expert, with flexibility to handle a wide range of responsibilities effectively and efficiently. This person will provide key support to Catalant’s co- CEO’s as well as collaborate with team members across levels and functions both inside and outside of Catalant. You will be a critical member of Catalant’s operating system, overseeing the activities of a complex and fast-growing company, often including coordinating important projects for global enterprises and leading investment firms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of calendar management for Catalant’s co-CEOs; organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments, coordinating travel, and general time management support.
- Managing all types of daily correspondence to ensure professional, accurate and timely response and appropriate prioritization.
- Organizing materials in relation to meetings: collecting and compiling information and coordinating delivery.
- Anticipating, identifying, analyzing and solving issues/conflicts independently and discretely.
- Participate in assorted special ad-hoc projects with the larger Catalant team, including the build-out and maintenance of administrative resources and knowledge base
Key Qualifications:
- Self- starter with a strong sense of initiative and ownership, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Effectiveness in a rapidly-changing and entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Passion for solving complex problems
- Demonstrated commitment, judgment, emotional maturity, and intensity, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented environment
- Desire to work at a rapidly growing startup
- Excellent MS Office skills
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience, preferably in a client-facing role, start up or sales organization
- Experience working with senior executives, a plus
