Senior Manager, Quality Management Systems

The Senior Manager, Quality Systems is responsible for the effective implementation, execution, and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and compliance programs in accordance with ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001-2015, and VDA 6.3 for processes within Toast Inc.. The Senior Manager, Quality Systems will ensure compliance with the respective QMS through a process of monitoring (audit) and training, effective change control, and effective communication of compliance requirements across Toast Hardware Engineering and Operations.
About this roll* (Responsibilities)
- The Senior Manager, QMS will serve as a manager within Hardware Quality having responsibility to lead the deployment and delivery of Toast Inc. QMS through collaboration with business systems, engineering, supply chain, vendors, and PMO teams.
- The Senior Manager is responsible for training of vendors and Toast staff and development of support training material associated with the deployment of the Toast QMS and all supporting documentation.
- The ideal candidate is a change agent, well associated with stakeholder analysis and managing vision and purpose of a major initiative.
- This candidate should be able to work across the product life cycle and should have experience in NPI in electromechanical systems as well as exposure to manufacturing quality.
Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)
- BS in Mechanical, Industrial, Software, or Chemical Engineering
- 3-5 Years experience working in the POS field
- Experience in developing and deploying QMS system within NetSuite infrastructure
- MS in Engineering Management, Operations Research or equivalent
- 15 + years of experience with a minimum of 7 years in Quality Systems
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001-2015, TS 16949, PPAP, and VDA 6.3
- Strong project management skills; strong computer skills and use of Google Suite of Documents coupled with strong written and oral communications skills.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Propel, Arena, Windchill, Agile product development and PLM systems.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.
Pay Range
$124,000—$198,000 USD
