Owns reporting and dashboard development for CPQ status, customer onboarding, purchase order gaps, workload, billing, and account operations. Analyzes delays, rework, process bottlenecks, and data quality issues, then recommends process improvements. Supports forecasting and capacity planning, documents scalable reporting processes, and partners with Sales, Billing, and Technical Services leadership to improve workflows and communicate actionable insights.

Analyzes marketing and business development information to identify revenue and operational efficiency opportunities, creates recurring reports, collaborates with vendors and internal stakeholders, and implements tools that support strategic decision-making and demand generation.

Manage and curate clinical, biospecimen, experimental, raw, and derived scientific data for a biomedical research laboratory. Maintain institutional and cloud data resources and scientific websites, support open science and FAIR principles, contribute to grants and manuscripts, train lab members, and attend scientific conferences. The role requires careful data management, collaboration with researchers and engineering staff, strong communication, and the ability to manage shifting priorities in an in-person academic environment.

Own client-facing data services projects for private markets and financial services clients. Responsibilities include onboarding clients, structuring data from multiple sources, managing data collection, preparing status reports, creating customized dashboards and reporting templates, handling client requests, supporting new product launches, and mentoring Associates.
