This is a remote full-time position with a base salary plus a monthly bonus based on video performance. Example video titles you'd be editing include:

Most videos will be 7-15 minutes long with a single camera angle and scene.
Our goal is to consistently post over 100 YouTube Videos across 10-15 channels per month. If you're successful in this position, there could be an opportunity for a fast promotion to an editing team lead role where you're in charge of hiring and managing other editors.
What You'll NeedYou must have past experience editing talking-head educational YouTube videos that have gotten 100k+ views. Please do not apply if you don't have this experience.
Experience editing in high-volume (3-5 videos per week).
Must be fluent in English
Experience editing YouTube videos for 1+ years.
Deep knowledge and experience doing retention editing.
Base salary of $40,000 per year
There's a monthly bonus pool based on the profit CourseCareers makes from YouTube each month. You'll get a portion of this bonus based on your contribution. This could range from $0-$5,000+ per month.
