  • Serve as the go-to person for anything related to office life such as equipment, supplies, catering, deliveries, travel, and facilities making sure the details are handled before anyone has to ask.
  • Partner with HR to bring our culture to life through thoughtful employee experiences: from onboarding and offboarding, to team events, happy hours, and company celebrations.
  • Act as the primary contact for vendors and service providers, managing relationships, contracts, and on-site coordination with care and precision.
  • Provide support with scheduling, logistics, and administrative needs keeping calendars aligned and communication flowing smoothly.
  • Assist the Finance team with administrative and operational tasks as needed, ensuring efficient processes across departments.
  • Greet and assist visiting guests and partners, ensuring every interaction reflects Port’s warm, professional culture.
  • Build scalable systems and processes to support our rapid growth, ensuring our workplace evolves alongside the company.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a knack for keeping the trains running smoothly while juggling multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and a genuine passion for creating a positive, efficient, and welcoming workplace.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills you see what needs to be done and make it happen.
  • Able to operate effectively in a dynamic, high-growth environment, demonstrating flexibility, ownership, and a proactive mindset.

Additional Details:

  • Location: Boston, MA
  • On-site presence required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
