Position Overview

Blue Acorn iCi is looking for a Workfront Consultant to serve as a client-facing technical consultant focused on helping clients realize and quantify value from Adobe Workfront solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, enterprise integrations, and project management methodologies, along with strong strategic and analytical skills.

The Workfront Consultant will work closely with clients to understand business objectives, assess technical environments, evaluate solution designs, and provide recommendations that drive customer success and business impact. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor, helping organizations maximize their investment in Adobe Workfront through architecture guidance, implementation best practices, integrations, and platform optimization.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consulting & Solution Strategy
  • Serve as a recognized authority in Adobe Workfront solutions and technologies.
  • Gather and understand client business objectives, technical requirements, goals, and challenges.
  • Educate clients on Adobe Workfront best practices and industry-specific methodologies.
  • Evaluate solution designs and Workfront configurations to ensure implementation accuracy and alignment with recommended practices.
  • Analyze complex project challenges, identify solution options, and facilitate recommendation discussions with clients and partners.
  • Translate business requirements into architecture, design, and development activities utilizing Adobe Workfront solutions.
Workfront Architecture & Implementation
  • Lead and support enterprise Workfront implementations, including workflow design and platform configuration.
  • Provide guidance on project management methodologies including Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, PMI, and hybrid approaches.
  • Validate implementation approaches and recommend scalable solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Support data migration efforts from legacy tools and systems into Workfront.
  • Ensure adherence to governance standards and platform best practices.
Workfront Fusion & Integrations
  • Design, develop, and troubleshoot Workfront Fusion scenarios and automations.
  • Configure modules, develop functions, and implement integration workflows.
  • Utilize REST APIs, JSON structures, array refinement techniques, and error-handling best practices.
  • Integrate Workfront with enterprise systems including Creative Cloud, AEM Assets, Jira, Outlook, Salesforce, Slack, and other business applications.
  • Support ongoing optimization and troubleshooting of integration solutions.
Client Engagement & Delivery
  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of client engagements while ensuring timely execution and quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketers, analysts, developers, project teams, and business leaders.
  • Facilitate technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Build credibility and trust through strong consulting, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Act as an advocate for customer success and long-term platform adoption.
Documentation & Operational Excellence
  • Maintain accurate project records, workload estimates, and time tracking documentation.
  • Create client-facing documentation, presentations, and recommendations using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Continuously expand Adobe Workfront expertise through certifications, training, and self-study.
  • Stay current on Adobe Workfront product enhancements, features, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Deep technical expertise in Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
  • Strong understanding of Workfront work management capabilities, including resource management, reporting, proofing, and document management features.
  • Experience implementing Adobe Workfront within enterprise environments.
  • Experience designing and configuring business workflows and project management processes.
  • Thorough knowledge of Workfront Fusion, including:
    • Module configuration
    • Function development
    • Scenario development
    • Troubleshooting
    • Governance best practices
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON structures, array refinement, integration architecture, and error handling.
  • 5+ years of client-facing Workfront implementation and/or integration experience.
  • Experience integrating Workfront with solutions such as Creative Cloud, AEM Assets, Jira, Outlook, Salesforce, Slack, and similar enterprise platforms.
  • Proficiency in Java, PHP, or Python.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
  • Experience with data migration projects.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation strategies.
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Adobe Workfront Core Developer Certification.
  • Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer Certification.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Real-Time CDP (RTCDP), Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Target.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise marketing operations.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $135,000 – $185,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
